Since GoDaddy phased out support for it’s native language, I was forced to move MakeMeTheKing.com to a new hosting provider and server… and boy is the difference night and day!

You’ll find that the makemetheking.com service is faster and more reliable than ever! Please let me know if you have any problems, and thanks to everyone for their recent support, and the donation or two. The donations actually made this switch possible, I was considering shutting down the project all together due to lack of funds.

Thanks again and enjoy!

If you’ve used and enjoyed the service, you might consider donating… it helps me keep the service up and running. Of course, no obligation necessary.

  1. I also have the same problems with the new server. :(

  2. I’ve waited over an hour for an email to arrive. I’ve run additional tests by sending messages from my real email, and there’s definitely a problem with the service.

  3. Thanks for posting this one. I have been into looking for this one to help the move.

  4. I too am having problems with the service since the move. No emails are getting there?

  5. Hi. I have a month to what I am trying to open my e-mail address, but it is not open.

  6. Has the service not been working for the past month or so? My “usual” inbox has been totally empty and I haven’t received any new mail, even when I’ve tested it by sending myself emails. I’ve also checked inboxes with common names like “John” or “Test” that should have lots of mail, but they’re all empty too…

  7. Hi, I’m happy for you that you enjoy your new server, however, I can’t say the same. I registered for a service, gave them ‘my’ email address (flunkert@makemetheking.com) and then waited for the registration mail which they said they have sent.
    I waited 1 minute, 2, 5, 10… no mail.
    Then I tested by sending a mail to test12@makemetheking.com and again, waited 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 minutes… no mail.
Sorry, but ‘more reliable than ever’ implies something horrible… :)

    • Thanks for letting me know – I made a small adjustment in order to make sure the mail kept running even if there was an error or problem. It looks like I ‘over corrected’ the issue. Should be working now. give it another go. Most people were getting mail, but I think you fell into the 10% that might have periodically had a problem.
